Educators can pick from the applications researched in this blog or choose relevant applications that they are more comfortable with. Collaboration requirements for the umbrella project are rather straight forward. They are as follows:

• Composed electronic music integrated into computational multimedia application.
• One unit of instruction in computer lab utilizing chosen multimedia application that includes computation.
• One unit of instruction in the music/MIDI lab utilizing chosen MIDI application that includes programmatic composition.
• Prior to entering first unit of instruction, facilitators hand out rubrics and discuss in detail the umbrella project’s goals and requirements.
