• Learner’s electronic music background (range 0-10)
• Learner’s intrinsic motivations – i.e. – are they inherently interested in art and technology? (range 0-5)
• Learner’s extrinsic motivations – i.e. – are they taking the class for grade reward? (range 0-5)
• Access to home computer (yes, no)
